Job summary

You will lead PE lessons, supervise sports, conduct fitness assessments, and collaborate with industry partners during attachments, aligning with modern sport and adventure education. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in PE or related fields.
• Maintains a high level of physical fitness suitable for active teaching.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Aquatic qualifications such as SwimSafer, Lifesaving or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in practical Physical Education lessons and coaching sessions.
• Demonstrate sport-specific techniques and movement skills safely and effectively.
• Conduct fitness training, conditioning and physical assessments.
• Be available to supervise and accompany students during training sessions and competitions.
• Supervise outdoor education and water-based activities when required.
• Safely manage students during lessons and events, ensuring safety and discipline.
• Display strong administrative skills and time management; proficient with office tools; explore AI applications in work.
• Motivate and work with youths to develop sports, fitness, health and adventure education.
