Job summary

sggovterp seeks a Lecturer to support engineering education and student development. You will recognise and nurture students' potential and their lifelong learning needs, extending learning beyond classroom instruction.

You will engage in industry projects, maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and academic institutions, and participate in industry attachments to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; at least three years of relevant industry experience in mechanical or manufacturing sector.
• Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas will have an advantage: 3D CAD, FEA, Generative Design; Manufacturing Automation (Robots, Sensors, and PLCs); Plant Equipment and Machinery Maintenance; Data Acquisition & Analytics for Predictive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in industry or consultancy projects to stay updated with evolving industry trends.
• Maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and academic institutions.
• Participate in industry attachments or practical training to continually enhance your skills.
