Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Built Environment, or Engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience in building operations and maintenance (BMS, ACMV, Fire Protection, Security, Plumbing, Gas and Electrical).
• Experience in Smart FM technologies such as BIM for FM, Building IoT and Data Analytics.
• Professional certifications such as CFME, WSHO, FSM, etc. are desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with industry and academia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in FM, Smart FM, and M&E Services.
• Mentor students in academic and professional development, including competitions and placements.
• Design oversee industry-relevant projects and consultancy for hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and internships.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into curriculum development.
• Participate in curriculum design, assessment development, and student advisement.
• Engage in outreach activities and host industry networking events and workshops.
• Undertake industry attachments or consultancy projects to maintain professional relevance.
