Qualifications

• Doctorate in a business-related discipline preferred, especially for postgraduate teaching.
• Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (minimum requirement for Diploma and Degree teaching).
• ACTA/ACLP preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspiring Teaching & Learning: Design and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials (in-person and online) from Diploma to Doctorate levels across Business and IT subjects.
• Curriculum & Assessment Excellence: Develop and align course materials, design and mark assessments, supervise research projects.
• Student Mentorship & Academic Support: Guide students through their academic journey and career planning; monitor performance and resolve concerns.
• Collaboration & Institutional Growth: Engage in faculty initiatives, programme accreditation, quality assurance, and research activities.
