Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking educators and industry practitioners to develop learners' workplace communication, digital fluency, and AI-assisted capabilities across Foundation, PET, and CET programmes.

You will design curricula, deliver engaging classroom instruction, assess learning, and mentor learners while integrating GenAI and emerging technologies into pedagogy to prepare adaptable communicators for a technology-enabled workplace.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Communication Studies, Mass Communication, Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication, Marketing Communication, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in communication, content development, training, education, digital communication, marketing communication, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI, digital technologies, and emerging communication trends, with the ability to apply these effectively in professional or educational settings.
• Experience in curriculum development, teaching, facilitation, coaching, training, or adult learning. Experience in CET, corporate training, or workforce development will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and facilitating learning across PFP, PET, and CET programmes through classroom delivery, assessment, consultation, project supervision, and learner support.
• Designing, developing, and reviewing curriculum, learning activities, and assessments to align with industry practices and educational best practices.
• Developing learners' communication competencies in business writing, presentations, digital communication, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and professional branding.
• Integrating Generative AI (GenAI), digital technologies, and innovative pedagogies into teaching and assessment, while developing learners' competencies in AI-assisted communication and responsible AI use.
• Collaborating with industry partners and professional bodies to co-create authentic learning experiences and training initiatives.
• Mentoring and supporting the academic and personal development of youth and adult learners through inclusive, learner-centred approaches.
