Are you a hands‑on leather lover who takes pride in fine craft and beautiful finishes? Honest Crafters — Singapore’s specialist in luxury leather restoration — is hiring full‑time Leather Crafters / Artisans to join our workshop family.

We restore and care for high‑value items (designer bags, shoes, wallets, car interiors) and need skilled, passionate makers who can match our high standards.

What you’ll do
  • Restore, repair and rejuvenate luxury leather goods: dyeing, color‑matching, patching, re‑lining, stitching, edge finishing and surface repair.
  • Mix and create custom colours to match original finishes with precision and consistency.
  • Use hand tools and light workshop machinery safely and effectively.
  • Perform quality checks and hand‑offs to ensure every job meets our premium standards.
  • Work closely with Operations and Sales to scope jobs, estimate time/materials and advise customers when needed.
  • Maintain tidy workstations, inventory of supplies, and proper care of tools and materials.
  • Learn and adopt best practices in leather care, materials and construction to continuously improve outcomes.
Must-have skills & experience
  • At least 1 year practical experience working with leather (repairs, dyeing, finishing) — or demonstrable talent/portfolio showing equivalent capability.
  • Strong colour‑sense and experience in colour mixing / creation for leather finishes.
  • Comfortable with both handcraft and basic workshop equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, pride in workmanship and a steady hand for fine repairs.
  • Good communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced small team.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to take ownership of assigned jobs.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with luxury/designer leather goods.
  • Familiarity with textiles, re‑lining or shoe repair techniques.
  • Basic pattern, cutting or light sewing skills.
What we offer
  • Hands‑on training to deepen your leather restoration expertise.
  • Clear career progression — senior crafter, trainer, workshop lead.
  • Supportive, close‑knit team culture where craft is respected.
  • Competitive pay and regular work (full‑time).
  • Opportunity to work on high‑value, rewarding projects and build a strong craft portfolio.

If you take pride in making leather look and feel like new, we want to meet you. Quickest way to reach us: WhatsApp Jimmy at 8323 2555 with a short intro and photos of your work.
