Job summary

A transit company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage tenants' rental billing and utilities payments. Responsibilities include supporting lease management, maintaining records in the Rental Management System, and handling tenant queries. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in relevant fields and at least 2 years of experience in billing and property management. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required. This role offers exposure to a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

  • Recognized Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Business Management/Real Estate, or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in billing/accounting management, lease management/property development.
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Familiar with full spectrum of billing process.
  • Familiar with billing systems with GTO component.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Good analytical and writing skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • A keen learner and team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Manage tenants’ refund payments and credit notes.
  • Assist in arrears management including monitoring rental payments.
  • Liaise with tenants and auditors on billing queries.
  • Updating and maintaining the Rental Management System (RMS).
  • Provide lease management support including preparation of tenancy related documents.
  • Follow up on outstanding lease documents and lease renewals.
  • Maintain tenant filing system and ensure tenants’ information are updated.
  • Handle general office administrative duties and budgeting.
  • Attend to tenant’s queries and general queries from public prospects.

  • Manage tenants’ refund payments and credit notes
  • Assist in arrears management including monitoring rental payments, arrears reporting and following up with tenants for outstanding payment
  • Liaise with tenants and auditors (internal & external) on billing queries
  • Updating and maintaining the Rental Management System (RMS)
  • Provide lease management support which includes preparation of tenancy related documents such as Letters of Offer/Award and tenancy agreements
  • Follow up on outstanding lease documents, stamping of lease documents, tracking of Lease renewals and expiries and any ad hoc duties related to lease management
  • Maintain tenant filing system and ensure tenants’ information are updated in SBST app
  • Handle general office administrative duties and budgeting
  • Attend to tenant’s queries and general queries from public prospects
