Job summary

A leading mobility solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an administrative professional to manage data entry, customer service, and system accuracy in ERP and CRM. The ideal candidate has a diploma, 3 years of administrative experience, and strong computer skills including Excel. Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma qualification with 3 years’ experience in administration.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and bookkeeping is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of data entry and document filing.
  • Handling incoming calls and providing customer service.
  • Ensure data record accuracy in the ERP & CRM.
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative arrangements.
  • Assist with sales admin processes.
  • Coordinate with departments for day-to-day tasks.
  • Handle modern ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of data entry and document filing
  • Handling of incoming call and providing customer service
  • Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the ERP & CRM
  • Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangement
  • Assist with sales admin processes
  • Coordinating with inter-department for day-to-day work
  • Handling the latest modern Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
REQUIREMENT
  • Min qualification diploma with 3 years’ experience in admin
  • Similar experience in the automotive industry and booking keep experience are an advantage
  • Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP).
  • Strong in English, able to write, type and speak
  • Fast in respond and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, resilient mindset
