Job description

The Health & Wellbeing (Office of the President) drives the design, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives across the University. The Growth and Partnerships Team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning Support Executive to support the operational delivery of mental health and resilience training programmes. As the office continues to evolve, the role may expand to support new programmes and organisational priorities.

Project Management

  • Support end-to-end operational delivery of resilience and mental health training programmes.
  • Assist Team Leads with project planning, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk tracking.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders to support smooth delivery.
  • Support training calendar planning and programme scaling efforts.
  • Manage procurement, finance administration, and vendor onboarding via NUS systems.

Logistics & Operations Management

  • Coordinate training logistics across physical, hybrid, and virtual programmes, including: systems.
    • Trainer scheduling and session assignments
    • Venue bookings, AV setup, and operational arrangements
    • Catering and onsite session support
  • Support development and preparation of training materials and digital resources.
  • Manage training inventory, including stock tracking and replenishment
  • Handle learner administration, including enrolment, communications, reminders, and enquiries.
  • Manage learning management systems (e.g. Canvas, Google Classroom, Rise360), including uploading materials and assignments.
  • Track learner assignment submissions and follow up on administrative requirements.
  • Support outreach and networking events, including event planning, coordination, logistics, and onsite support.
  • Assist with designing outreach collateral (posters, slides, marketing materials) to promote training programmes and wellbeing initiatives.

Quality, Data & Improvement

  • Support collection and analysis of programme evaluation data.
  • Assist with quality checks, learner experience reviews, and operational improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support digitalisation or automation initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance programme delivery, learner engagement, and operational scalability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, communications, nursing, business).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Google Classroom, or Rise360.

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in programme or project management in corporate, education, or consulting environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced settings and managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks and manage projects independently.
