Role Summary:

The Learning & Development Specialist will manage trainer collaboration, course development, IBF accreditation, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures smooth course operations while maintaining compliance, learner engagement, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Trainer Collaboration:
  • Preparation of trainer service agreements and processing training invoices.
  • Onboard new trainers, ensuring compliance with IBF requirements.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare monthly evaluation reports and provide actionable insights to trainers.
Project & Course Management
  • Prepare and gather all documentation to meet IBF accreditation standards.
  • Oversee and monitor the accreditation progress.
  • Support content updates, media integration, and uploads to internal platforms.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate course and trainer records in the system and portals, ensuring documents, promotional materials, and course details are current, compliant, and meet standards.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Plan and coordinate activities like trainer appreciation dinners and feedback sessions to foster collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update course status and enhance promotional materials, prospectuses, and course web pages for new and existing courses.
Learning Experience & Design
  • Standardise and improve training materials for quality and brand consistency.
  • Incorporate interactive tools, such as Padlet and Mentimeter, into learning.

Structure learning sessions with activities, discussions, and case studies to encourage participation and engagement.
