About the role

As a Learning Designer at Wizlearn Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and engaging learning solutions that empower our clients' employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. In this full‑time position based in One North Central Region, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and instructional designers to create tailored learning experiences that drive measurable business impact.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct needs assessments and analyse learning requirements to identify appropriate learning strategies and delivery methods
2. Design creative and interactive learning content, including e‑learning modules, virtual classrooms, and blended learning solutions
3. Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to bring learning content to life
4. Continuously evaluate and iterate on learning materials to ensure they meet learning objectives and provide an exceptional user experience
5. Collaborate with the instructional design and content development teams to ensure a cohesive and effective learning journey
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning design and technology

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in learning design or instructional design roles, preferably in the corporate training or education technology sectors
3. Proven track record of designing and developing innovative, engaging, and effective learning solutions
4. Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills
5. Proficient in using learning design tools and authoring software (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Storyline)
