Job description

Our client, a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field, is seeking a Learning Consultant to design and deliver customized learning solutions for clients, conduct training and Train-the-Trainer sessions, and enhance programs based on feedback and industry trends.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Design and deliver both standard and customized learning solutions in in-person and virtual formats to meet client and business needs.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and coach facilitators to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Perform learning needs analysis and research to design targeted, value-driven learning programmes.
• Continuously enhance content based on client feedback, evaluation results, and evolving industry trends.
• Support client engagement and business development through proposal design and presentations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in learning design, development, and facilitation.
• WSQ ACLP/ACTA and DDDLP/DACE certifications are preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual delivery, and design tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
