Job summary

Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a Learning Beyond the Classroom Lead (Enrichment) to guide and coordinate Co-Curricular Activities, the Sports Academy, the International Award and Educational Visits. This full-time role also acts as safeguarding trainer across LBtC.

You will line manage LBtC staff, develop a world-class CCA programme, oversee attendance, budgeting and external vendor relationships, and ensure College policies are followed across all enrichment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and supervising others.
• Experience delivering safeguarding training and managing risk for off-site activities.
• Experience in an international school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of platforms such as SchoolsBuddy, Evolve or Paperly and Schoolsbox is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and IT skills with ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the LBtC values and coordinate CCAs, the Sports Academy, IA, and Educational Visits.
• Deliver safeguarding training and guide emergency response for incidents.
• Line manage LBtC Administrator and external Academy coordinator.
• Develop a world-class CCA programme aligned with College vision.
• Oversee International Award administration and IA coordination.
• Supervise educational visits, ensuring policy compliance and risk assessments.
• Build relationships with providers, parents, staff and students; handle complaints.
• Support budgeting and collection of payments for enrichment activities.
