Job Description:

• In charge of coordinating, developing, scheduling and managing training plans for all the employees
• Responsible for maintaining training records in the LMS system and ensuring the training and competency development for the employees
• In charge of maintaining the training calendar and ensure timely execution of mandatory and orientation programs.
• In charge of maintaining accurate training records and documentation for audits and inspections.
• Responsible in supporting preparation for audits and providing relevant training data and reports.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in aerospace industry with Learning and deveopment experience
• Proficient in using training management software or Learning Management Systems is required
