3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry

4. Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment to provide the best possible customer experience

5. Actively participating in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
