Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a driven professional to advance industry development and engagement within Singapore's ICT/Media sector. You will work with multinational corporations, local enterprises, startups and overseas partners to shape leadership talent strategies under SG Digital Leadership Accelerator and related programs.

You will manage key leadership programmes, partner with government agencies and educational institutes, and drive digitalisation efforts to improve tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Degree qualification with 5–8 years of working experience in ICT/Media industry in account management, partnerships, talent development or talent management.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders from tech and media industries and partner agencies.
Passion to build leadership talent across different career stages, from graduates to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Industry development and engagement with MNCs, local enterprises, startups and overseas employers.
Programme management for SG Digital Leadership Accelerator initiatives.
Stakeholder relationship management with government agencies, institutes of higher learning and sector champions.
Business process re-engineering and digitalisation to enable outcome tracking and reporting.
