Job summary

Dyson seeks a Principal Workspace Security Architect to define and drive the end-to-end workplace security strategy across end-user computing, collaboration, identity, and communications platforms globally. You will act as the Technical Design Authority, championing secure-by-design and Zero Trust principles, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer.

The role requires 7–10 years in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability management, security operations, or risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in cybersecurity with focus on vulnerability management, security operations, or risk management within enterprise environments.
• Experience operating and improving vulnerability management programmes at scale, including ownership of tooling, governance, and remediation outcomes.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC) are highly desirable, with proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle and remediation across infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end workplace security strategy, architecture, and governance globally.
• Design reference architectures and lead Zero Trust adoption across end-user technologies.
• Serve as the Technical Design Authority for workplace security controls and reviews.
• Own long-term security roadmaps, technology selections, and risk-reduction investments.
• Partner with platform engineering to embed secure-by-design principles in IT delivery.
