Job summary

General Assembly is seeking a lead instructor for our part-time 24-week User Experience Bootcamp in Singapore. The role, hybrid (campus and online), requires residence in Singapore and work eligibility.

You will guide students through UX processes, prototyping, and usability testing, while co-leading an instructional team. You should have 3–5 years in UX design on a product team, plus 2+ years using Figma with design systems and high‑fidelity prototypes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design on a product team.
• 2+ years using Figma with components, design systems and prototyping.
• Experience teaching or mentoring UX designers (e.g. ADP List).

Responsibilities

• Teach 17 hours per week (14 hours teaching, 3 hours of office hours).
• Lead and co-ordinate with instructional team.
• Develop and adapt curriculum and lessons for the bootcamp.
• Provide timely feedback and assessment to students.
• Foster a safe, collaborative learning environment.
