Job summary

DKS Development Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on construction worker skilled in structural formwork in Singapore.

The role focuses on building the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs, and constructing temporary molds for concrete structures. You will read construction plans to ensure accurate fabrication, install beams and supports for stability, and work with carpenters, electricians, and project managers to maintain on-site safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in structural formwork is required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and handle tools safely.
• Good physical condition for hands-on work.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Build structural framework of buildings (walls, floors, roofs).
• Construct temporary molds for concrete structures.
• Install beams, posts, and other supports for stability.
• Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate construction.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and shape wood to required dimensions.
• Work with other construction professionals (carpenters, electricians, PMs).
• Perform other construction-related tasks as assigned.
