A leading global bank in Singapore is seeking an Avaloq Specialist / Lead Technical Business Analyst to oversee the implementation of solutions on the Avaloq Banking Suite. This high-impact role involves leading analysis, design, and delivering solutions while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in Core Banking and Avaloq, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Avaloq Core Banking Platform.
Gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into Avaloq parameterizations and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and data mapping across Avaloq modules and integrated systems.
Drive the full delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide expert guidance on Avaloq best practices, scripting standards, change control, and release management.
Collaborate with compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, FATCA, CRS) within the Avaloq framework.
Support production issue resolution and ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to Avaloq capability building across teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Core Banking or Wealth Management IT, with 5+ years hands‑on in Avaloq.
Certified Avaloq Professional (ACP) or equivalent certification preferred.
In‑depth knowledge of Avaloq parameterisation, object model, data structures, and PL/SQL.
Strong business analysis and functional specification writing skills.
Experience integrating Avaloq with CRM, payment systems, regulatory tools, and data warehouses.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Background in private banking or wealth management is a strong advantage.
