Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior Diffusion & Implant leader to drive module development, process characterization and manufacturability for 3D NAND nodes. You will collaborate across multiple teams to meet integration goals, enable pilot ramps, and push cost-effective improvements with data-driven methods.

You will champion AI/ML techniques to enhance process understanding, stability, and performance, while guiding supplier engagement and safeguarding safety and IP policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead DF and IMP process module development, including cell development, process characterization, integration, margin improvement and manufacturability for 3D NAND nodes.
• Drive DOE-based experiments and data-driven methods to optimize process performance and expand process window.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing Development, Equipment Engineering, and global TD teams to meet integration requirements.
• Lead transfer of processes to high-volume manufacturing, supporting pilot ramp, yield improvement and long-term stability.
• Implement advanced process monitoring and AI/ML techniques to improve predictive modeling and process optimization.
• Partner with suppliers to co-develop next-generation solutions and drive supplier alignment and performance targets.
