Job summary

Sourceo seeks a senior security and audit professional to oversee server and platform compliance, OS hardening, and vulnerability management within the RAN domain. You will coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to ensure timely remediation and audit readiness.

The role demands extensive experience in LTE/5G architecture, signaling, and regulatory-facing projects, with a focus on governance and risk dashboards across telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in mobile network engineering, with RAN focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servers and platforms under departmental ownership comply with corporate IT security baseline standards and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Oversee OS hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams for vulnerability resolution and audit readiness.
• Maintain asset inventory and compliance documentation.
• Lead RAN domain support for security audits and maintain risk registers and compliance dashboards.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
• 8–12 years of experience in mobile network engineering (RAN preferred)
• Experience in:
• LTE / 5G architecture and signaling
• Network security hardening or compliance initiatives
• Regulatory-facing projects
• Vendor management and governance
• Strong understanding of LTE / 5G RAN architecture
• Knowledge of signaling security and authentication procedures
• Familiarity with IPSec, TLS, secure transport mechanisms
• Understanding of server hardening principles and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of telecom security standards and compliance frameworks
