Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of OutSystems applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.

Define system architecture, integration design, and coding standards.

Review solution designs and conduct code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, UX designers, and infrastructure teams.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps pipelines.

Oversee application performance, availability, and platform optimization.

Ensure compliance with security, PDPA, and enterprise governance standards.

Support project planning, estimations, and technical roadmap activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience
• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead / Team Lead / Architectural role
• Strong experience in OutSystems 11, Forge, Service Studio, LifeTime, and Integration Studio
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance tuning
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models
