Job summary

HTX’s xCode function focuses on in-house development of core software modules for mission-critical systems. You will drive hands-on technical execution, mentor teams, and translate architectural vision into scalable solutions within a dynamic operating environment.

Role requires leading architecture, implementing high-quality software, and guiding DevOps, testing, and deployment practices to maintain reliability and security across multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering and 6+ years as Backend/Full Stack Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale in-house developed software with multi-site deployment.
• Experience architecting data-intensive cloud solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong development, DevOps, and maintenance best practices.
• Certifications in AWS DevOps or Kubernetes Administrator preferred.
• Kubernetes proficiency and container orchestration experience.
• Security testing and secure development practices adherence.
• Experience leading architecture and integration teams; mentoring junior testers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship within engineering domains.
• Drive development of complex features and critical system components; set coding standards.
• Architect and implement solutions within the broader framework; ensure maintainability.
• Conduct technical assessments and guide implementation approaches for performance.
• Lead technical discussions and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
