Job summary

epergne solutions in Singapore seeks a Lead Security & Compliance Engineer to design, implement, and govern security controls for cloud platforms. The role ensures protection of data, compliance with standards, and collaboration across engineering teams.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, and accreditation processes, driving continuous security improvements while documenting governance and security policies for internal capability development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security compliance for enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience implementing security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with security accreditation, audits, and compliance processes in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing data privacy controls, including data masking, anonymisation, and protection of personally identifiable information (PII).
• Experience securing cloud platforms, with knowledge of AWS security services preferred.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
