Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily activities of crew members, ensuring adherence with departmental standards, including professional grooming, conduct, and operational protocols.
  • Assist in training new and existing crew members to uphold operational and service standards.
  • Maintain routine records such as lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality records, timekeeping sheets, scheduling requests, and crew availability as assigned.
  • Attend to guest concerns and ensure timely and appropriate resolution of emergencies.
  • Ensure the park readiness and operational excellence to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
  • Report ride malfunctions, abnormalities, and safety concerns to management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O/N’ Levels/ ITE/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
  • Prior operations experience of at least 1 year.
