Job summary

FUJI SMBE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on leader to manage a testing team for low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.

You will ensure adherence to testing protocols, safety standards, and MOS-compliant FAT/FWT participation. You will also drive training and continuous improvement initiatives across QA and project teams. The role requires a Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus strong skills in interpreting schematics,

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and single line diagrams (SLD) for testing guidance.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Electrical Engineering experience; FYP considered if pertinent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, assistants, supervisors, and technicians to test low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Ensure testing checklists are completed and authorized to maintain quality control.
• Develop, manage, and deliver training on safety, testing procedures, and troubleshooting for new hires and products.
