Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a capable Landscape Lead to oversee maintenance portfolios for softscapes and hardscapes. You will plan schedules, manpower and equipment per contract, and address client requests with creative landscape solutions.

Monthly site assessments will ensure horticultural practices meet quality standards. You will prepare site reports, support sales and upgrade works, set reporting norms, enforce safety, and coach gardeners to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture or related field with 3-5 years' experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of landscape maintenance portfolios for softscapes and hardscapes.
• Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
• Attend to clients' requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
• Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
• Prepare site reports detailing observations and recommendations monthly.
• Solicit upgrading works and assist in sales and landscape enhancement.
• Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and report site progress.
• Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site.
• Coach and guide gardeners on performance expectations and tackle landscape challenges.
