Job summary

KulörGroup Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong hospitality experience to lead hotel and resort interiors from concept through design development.

We require a minimum of 8 years in hotel/resort projects, diploma or degree in Interior Design, and proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Lumion. You will collaborate with architects and operators, and guide projects to successful, context-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proven experience in hotel and resort projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and SketchUp.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design concepts for hotel and resort projects.
• Translate contextual narratives into spatial and material strategies.
• Prepare detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop presentation decks using InDesign.
• Enhance visuals and renderings using Photoshop.
• Produce 3D models in SketchUp and renderings/walkthroughs in Lumion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and operators.
• Present design proposals confidently to clients.
• Manage documentation, timelines and design deliverables.
