Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE.LTD. is seeking a Lead, Informatics (Healthcare) to drive IT connectivity projects for polyclinic instruments, coordinate testing, and ensure timely delivery.

You will collaborate across departments, evaluate new technologies including AI platforms for radiology reporting, manage BAU IT activities, and oversee changes while adhering to GITO requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field required.
• Certifications in Project/Programme Management advantageous.
• Certifications in EPIC Beaker and NGEMR applications.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with at least 2 years in an IT application specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT connectivity planning for polyclinic instruments and oversee end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with other departments on IT work plans, cross-institutional imaging referrals and blood collection workflows.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on Diagnostics operations, including AI platforms for radiology reporting.
• Ensure effective and timely communication of changes to support smooth implementation and adoption.
• Oversee BAU IT operations, ensuring compliance with GITO requirements while managing budgets and resources.

Job description

As a Lead, Informatics (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate the planning of IT connectivity for polyclinic instruments, oversee end-to-end testing, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments on IT work plans, including cross-institutional Imaging referrals and intra- and inter-cluster blood collection workflows, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging technologies and evaluate their potential applications and impact on Diagnostics operations, adopting and integrating new solutions where beneficial, such as AI platforms for radiology reporting.
• Change Management: Ensure effective and timely communication of changes to support smooth implementation and adoption.
• Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities: Oversee BAU IT operations, ensuring full compliance with GITO requirements while effectively managing budgets and resources.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or other related field
• Relevant certifications in Project Management, Programme Management, or other related areas will be an advantage.
• Certifications in EPIC Beaker and other NGEMR applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 2 years in an IT application specialist-related position.
