Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning & Risk Management: Play a key role in project planning, defining milestones, and supporting the adoption of best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks or deviations and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • System Architecture & Design: Support system architecture and design to ensure alignment with project requirements, scalability, and industry best practices.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders including project managers, product owners, and vendors.

  • Project Estimation & Scheduling: Provide accurate assessments of technical effort, resources, and timelines to support realistic project planning and delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity, QA, UX, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and delivery.

Key Requirements
  • Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related field, with PMP or equivalent certification as an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT project delivery, including software development, infrastructure engineering & system operations, with familiarity with IM8 standards viewed as a plus.

  • Good understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), with hands-on experience in system testing, business analysis, and exposure to cloud, security & infrastructure technologies.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities; self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
