About the Role:

We are a new private preschool opening near Lentor MRT in early 2026. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Infant Care Teacher to join our founding team. You will play a key role in setting up the infant care environment, mentoring fellow educators, and ensuring high standards of care and education for infants aged 2 to 18 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the infant care classroom
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate programmes that support infants’ holistic development
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for infants under your care
  • Guide, mentor and support a team of Infant Care Teachers and Educarers
  • Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s growth and milestones
  • Maintain compliance with ECDA and licensing standards
Requirements:
  • Must possess Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infant care or early childhood settingsStrong understanding of early years development and infant care routines
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Warm, patient, and passionate about nurturing young children
