What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients through phone, email, and digital outreach
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and high-potential businesses
  • Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for follow-up and closure
  • Keep our CRM accurate and up-to-date with all client interactions
  • Understand our products well enough to pique interest and initiate conversations
  • Help coordinate sales meetings and product demos
  • Track your performance and work toward monthly lead and conversion goals
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Diploma or higher qualification
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in lead generation, telesales, or a similar role
  • Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and meeting KPIs
