Job summary

SATS Ltd. is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to bring deep software architecture and cloud infrastructure experience into AI/ML and GenAI systems.

You will design, build, and operate production-grade AI/ML platforms, including RAG, vector stores, and knowledge bases, with a focus on reliability and scalability. You will collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers, oversee cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP), and mentor peers while shaping the technical roadmap with the Head of AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS, Math, or related field.
• 10–12 years in software engineering or GenAI platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python experience; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ML/GenAI pipelines (batch & real-time).
• Build and operate model-serving infrastructure; optimize latency.
• Develop RAG pipelines and multi-agent/workflow systems.
• Maintain vector DB and embedding pipelines; knowledge base.
