Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive architecture, implement front-end and back-end solutions, and ensure high-quality releases. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver performant, secure software across platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in full-stack development with React/Angular/Node.js/Python/Java, plus AWS and Docker expertise. Strong leadership and communication are essential for mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven full-stack development experience using modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience in software architecture, database design, and API development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest or experience in maritime sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack software development, including architecture design, front-end and back-end implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement robust back-end logic, services, and database integration using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), SQL databases, and related technologies.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components with data sources and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and the engineering team to define and implement intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Mentor and guide software development team members, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards
