5160 Kyndryl (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive AI & Analytics initiatives. You’ll lead UI work, assess customer needs, and design data/AI pipelines while collaborating with AI architects and engineers.

Responsibilities include leading PoC projects, integrating AI models, and delivering end-to-end solutions. A strong background in cloud platforms and databases is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, incl. AI/Analytics exposure.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Experience with databases on prem and cloud like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify software service opportunities.
• Lead UI development using JavaScript, Node.js or Streamlit.
• Lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects for Data/AI solutions.
• Develop end-to-end AI PoC projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, Django, Python.
• Lead full stack development and integration of Data/AI models into the system.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with customers and account partners to identify new software service opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
• Lead and advice on UI development using Javascript, NodeJs or Streamlit
• Understand customer's needs and assess their tech stack maturity
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate software pipelines, frameworks, tools and platforms
• Lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate the value and viability of Data and AI solutions
• Develop end to end AI PoC projects using HTML, CSS, Javascript, NodeJS, Django, Python etc.
• Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to data scientist and develop Data and AI solutions tailored to the clients’ requirements
• Lead full stack development and integration of Data and AI models into the software system
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies along with best practices to develop thought leadership and PoV
• Work with cross-functional team and partners to develop/ enhance and package AI offerings and assets for customer‑facing discussions

Who You Are Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience, with some exposure to AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Have experience in cloud services of AWS / GCP / Azure
• Have experience with databases on prem and on cloud like MySQL, PostrgreSQL, MongoDB and exp in vector databases
• In‑depth understanding of full stack components and the ability to choose the right components for each problem solving

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with data feasibility studies and demonstrating the value and viability of Data and AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
