Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience in fire protection or M&E construction.
• Proven track record handling multiple large-scale projects in Singapore.
• Familiar with SCDF submission processes and relevant Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage full project lifecycle including fire protection systems.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
