Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and major overhauls of heavy machinery, foundation equipment, and hydraulic systems on site and in the yard.
• Oversee yard machinery inventory, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment meets operational safety and performance standards.
• Rapidly identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures in field conditions and execute corrective actions to minimize project downtime.
• Lead junior field technicians and mechanics, sharing best practices for safety, equipment handling, and efficient repair workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts sourcing, equipment spare inventory management, and external specialist support when required.
