Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer - Compute Infrastructure in Singapore. You will own a technical path from facility design to a production-ready supercomputer, spanning hardware, fabric, provisioning, and operations.

You will drive large GPU cluster bring-ups, validate InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will lead PoCs, engage with customers, and translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance while shaping

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related discipline.
7+ years in Solutions Architect/Field Engineer roles in cloud infrastructure or HPC.
Experience with large-scale GPU clusters and bare-metal compute.
Proven Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
Experience with InfiniBand/RoCE, NVLink, and HPC benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with CoreWeave's bare-metal compute infrastructure.
Own the path from facility design to validated production-ready supercomputer across design, provisioning, validation, and support.
Lead bring-up of new large GPU clusters, drive fabric validation and HPC benchmarking, and address hardware/fabric issues to meet targets.
Define models for managing customer bare-metal fleets at rack level and higher, including BMaaS and self-service patterns.
Partner with Data Center Ops, Fleet Ops, and Networking to align hardware readiness with go-live timelines and SLAs.
Review customer-facing technical contracts and determine scope, responsibilities, SLAs, and support boundaries.
Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate value and viability of CoreWeave solutions in specific environments.
