A leading aerospace company in Singapore is seeking an Engineer specializing in Machining Processes. This role involves developing CNC machining operations to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The role of the Engineer - Machining Process is to develop CNC machining process operations to help shop improve Safety Quality Delivery and Cost in the order for GE Aerospace MRO Shop.

GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a shop‑floor leader with strong organizational experience in CNC operations, in-depth programming knowledge, and process development expertise. And capable of managing cross‑functional projects and staying updated with the latest machining technologies in the market, including automation and digitization. This role requires delivering consistent performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost in the order across the shop operations.
