What you will be working on:

• Ensure function's strategic direction aligns with organizational goals by overseeing long‑term planning, resource allocation, and capability development.
• Engage broader range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external partners, to align expectations, secure buy‑in, and ensure that strategic initiatives are well‑supported.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and future capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or IT governance.
• Expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
• Visionary thinking, strong interpersonal skills, decision‑making and negotiation abilities, with a self‑directed approach to strategic planning.

All new hires are appointed on a two‑year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
