Job summary

bah partners in Singapore is seeking an experienced C# engineering leader to guide a high‑performing team and deliver enterprise‑grade Treasury & Accounting platforms. You will mentor 4–5 senior software engineers, champion architectural best practices, and work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role in a world‑class tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise systems and leading technical delivery.
• Modern engineering experience across APIs, cloud technologies and distributed systems is advantageous.
• Finance experience in treasury, accounting, trading, payments, or banking is beneficial but not essential.

Lead a high-performing engineering team (4-5 pax) at one of Singapore's most respected investment institutions.

This is an opportunity for an experienced C# engineer to combine hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership, helping shape the platforms that underpin a global investment business managing over USD $800bn in assets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
