Qualifications

• 5+ years in electromechanical product development (robotics, industrial automation, or consumer electronics).
• Hands-on experience equivalent to BS or MS degree.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for power/data distribution including connectors and busbars.
• Drive alignment across mechanical and electrical teams.
• Design enclosures and electronics modules for space optimization.
• Oversee performance and reliability tests.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for production.
• Manage ECOs and mentor junior engineers.
