The successful candidate will manage teams, evaluate maintenance plans, lead troubleshooting initiatives, and support shutdown maintenance efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in pharmaceutical & petrochemical industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical & instrumentation in pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries.
• Ability to draft and revise maintenance work procedures.
• Experience in conducting training for stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team for Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance.
• Evaluate maintenance planning and execution documents.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex problems with stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of Shut Down Maintenance (SDM).
