Job summary

SGS INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE LTD invites an experienced audit professional to lead third- and second-party audits within the Digital Trust segment, applying expertise in ISMS, AI governance, data protection and cybersecurity.

You will direct audit teams, ensure compliance with SGS procedures, design training, and provide market insight to management while delivering timely reports and maintaining client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information technology or related discipline with at least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Broad auditing experience across IT, information security, AI, data protection or cybersecurity environments.
• Degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, electrical or electronic engineering, or related technical discipline.
• At least two years of relevant information technology experience, preferably involving information security, cybersecurity, or AI governance.
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor qualification is required; training or auditor qualifications in ISO/IEC 42001 or other Digital Trust standards preferred.
• Demonstrated experience conducting management system audits, including leading audit teams and delivering certification or surveillance audits.
• Qualified auditor status for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 4501 is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Direct audit teams and execute initial certification and surveillance audits with professionalism and consistency.
• Enforce compliance with SGS procedures for assigned products and areas of expertise.
• Execute customized audits in accordance with SGS Business Assurance requirements.
• Design and deliver training programmes within assigned areas of expertise.
• Equip management with market intelligence on emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Achieve targets by submitting reports on time and resolving queries effectively.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to implement assigned standards and uphold client and regulatory requirements.
