Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Designer to join our client Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) on a 5-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will lead process design and blueprinting initiatives across complex financial service environments, driving process standardization, optimization, and alignment with Agile delivery frameworks. This role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, coupled with proven experience in process design, governance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process design and blueprinting initiatives across financial service domains.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and document process requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop process architecture, workflows, and documentation using ARIS and related tools.
  • Align process blueprinting methods with Agile-based project delivery frameworks.
  • Produce accurate process maps, status reports, KPI dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to optimize end-to-end process flows.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure processes comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage financial tracking, project budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and governance reports.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and contribute to enterprise transformation programs.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in process design, analysis, and improvement within large, complex, global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial services products, systems, and operations.
  • Proficient in ARIS for process modeling and architecture design.
  • Hands‑on with ADO, MS Project, Clarity, and MS Office suite.
  • Skilled in data reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience, with proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models, project governance, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage competing project demands.
