Job summary

SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT operations professional to manage onboarding/offboarding across HIP platform services, control server and application access, and perform routine patching and vulnerability remediation.

The role also supports release management, incident response, and comprehensive documentation of processes. The ideal candidate has extensive Windows and Linux administration experience, strong monitoring capabilities, and a proven ability to learn new tools quickly.

Qualifications

• 10 years of enterprise IT operations experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and remediation processes.
• Strong documentation and process discipline.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute password rotation for system, application, and service accounts.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate renewal and rotation.
• Plan and execute monthly and emergency server patching activities.

• Perform service monitoring, health checks, and incident detection.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT operations, platform operations, or system support in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration

• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting platforms
• Basic scripting ability (e.g. Bash, PowerShell) to support operational tasks and automation
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
• Strong documentation and process discipline
• Ability to support planned maintenance and emergency operational activities
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms, tools, and processes quickly
