Job summary

ENGIE Group seeks a Senior Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable operation of mission-critical data centre infrastructure. You will provide advanced technical support, lead maintenance activities, and act as a key escalation point during incidents.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate vendors to meet safety and performance standards across the site. A degree in Electrical/Facilities Engineering and at least five years in 24/7 environments are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• At least 5 years in data centre facilities management or 24/7 mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting for data centre infrastructure.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring safe, quality services per contract and procedures.
• Respond to incidents with escalation management and incident reporting to prevent recurrence.
