Qualifications

• Expertise in SPC and DOE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support CVD Process engineering activities to achieve operation targets.
• Sustain line operations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Participate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs.
