Job summary
Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects in Singapore. You will oversee contracts, mitigate risks, and provide advisory support throughout the construction phases.
The ideal candidate must have a degree in the Built Environment and at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in contract negotiation and administration. Familiarity with PSSCOC, FIDIC, and NEC is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management.
- Must have worked in Singapore for at least 7 years.
- Experience in Marine Construction is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts.
- Manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolution.
- Provide contractual advisory and support throughout construction stages.
